What this page is

Murmur is in development. It cannot currently be bought, downloaded, licensed or subscribed to through this website, and no contract for the software can be concluded here. So this page carries no pricing, no licence grant, no refund policy, no warranty terms and no jurisdiction clause because none of those has been decided, and a placeholder that reads like a contract is worse than an empty page.

What applies to using this website

• The site is provided as it is, for information. We try to keep it accurate and available and cannot guarantee either.
• Everything on it text, screenshots, the Murmur name and wordmark, and the design of the application shown is protected by copyright and remains ours. See the imprint.
• The waitlist form is a way to ask to be told about a release. It is not a pre-order, it reserves nothing, it costs nothing, and it obliges neither side to anything. How the address is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
• Nothing on this site is an offer within the meaning of contract law, and nothing here promises a release date.

What will be published before anything is sold

Before Murmur can be bought, this page will be replaced by real terms covering at least:

• what the licence permits and how many machines it covers;
• how updates and support work, and for how long;
• price, taxes, and who the seller of record is;
• the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, how to exercise it, and how it interacts with an immediate download;
• warranty and liability under Austrian and EU consumer law;
• the licences of the third-party components Murmur is built with.

Those terms will be reviewed by a lawyer before they are published. This page is not a draft of them.
